Online Return Policy:
We are pleased to offer a 30-day In-Home trial policy on all rug purchases, excluding customized rugs. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or choice, you may return the item without any questions asked. Please note, however, that the processing and handling fee is non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Once we receive your return request, we will issue you a unique return authorization number, and you can arrange for the return shipment through your preferred carrier.
Return Terms and Conditions:
1) When returning the rug, please refrain from folding, taping, or stapling the surface of the rug.
2) The rug must be in new condition, with no signs of soiling or damage. Any damaged items will not be accepted.
3) Returns will not be accepted if they are made outside of the 30-day trial period.
Items purchased during clearance sales, customized rugs, and sample items cannot be returned unless they are found to be damaged or defective. In such cases, we will replace the item with an identical product if available, or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
