If I want to modify or cancel an order, how do I do it?

How can I avail a promotional code?
Once you are at the checkout page, you will see a box labelled “promotional code”. You need to type the promotional code at the check box and click “APPLY” button to place your order.
How and will my credit card be charged?
You will be charged in your credit card soon after you click the “Submit Order” button at the checkout counter.
When will my refund be credited to my account?
The moment we receive your refund merchandise we will inspect the item and verify if it is soiled/damaged or not. Once the verification process is complete, we will credit the amount. The bank might take days to process your credit card before it is finally showed in your statement.
What is the typical handling time for orders?
Our standard handling time for orders is 3-5 business days. This includes the time needed for processing, packaging, and preparing your order for shipment.
How long does it take to process a custom order?
Custom orders typically take an additional one week to process on top of our standard handling time. This is due to the extra steps involved in creating and fulfilling a custom request.
Can I know more about your return policy?
We process a 30 day In-Home trail policy on each rug we sell. But it is not applicable for custom rugs and products that are sold during clearance sale as well as opened rug pads. You can return your rugs if you are dissatisfied with our rugs and no questions will be asked. Although please note that return shipping cost will be bared by you.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
In the rare event that your order is delayed beyond the expected handling time, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
